Floor Plan Description

This is a north facing G+1 Residential Building plan that means a duplex house plan. This plan have 2 floors ground floor and first floor both the floors plan are same you can see in the drawing. And slab area is 286 sq. m or 3076 sq.ft approximately.

In every floor have two flats with same dimensions and every flat provided 2 bedrooms of dimensions of 4.0 m × 4.5 m, 1 drawing room of 4.0 m × 5.9 m, 1 kitchen room of 3.3 m × 3.0 m , 1 dining area of 6.25 m × 4.5 m, 1 common bath room with WC of 2.7 m × 3.0 m and 1 attached bath room of  with one bedroom 2.2 m × 1.587 m as well 1 verandah or passage of 1.5 m × 5.0 m from the maintenance.

Stairscase

Here in this g+1 residential building plan we have provided a dogledge type stairscase in 4.0 m × 2.6 m area. Wide of the step is 1.25 m and wide of the half- land is 1.5 m, riser height is 150 mm and thread is 250 mm. And westslab thickness is 130 mm total number of steps is 21 nos.

Doors And Windows

Maintenance door size 2.6 m as you can see in the floor plan drawing. And all the doors are marked by D1, D2, D3, D4. Here D1 = 1.5 m × 2.1 m, D2 = 1.2 m × 2.1 m, D3 = 1 m × 2.1 m and D4 = 0.9 m × 2.1 m.

And here we have provided differents types of windows size, W1 = 1.2 m × 1.5 m, W2 = 0.6 m × 0.6 m, W3 = 1.0 m × 1.5 m, W4 = 1.5 m × 1.5 m and W5 = 2.0 m × 1.5 m.

Wall And Slab Thickness

All the wall thickness are 250 mm and slab thickness are 150 mm and column size is 250 mm × 250 mm you can see in the drawing.

Total bricks required 79,976 nos × 10 RS = 7,99,760 rupees.

 

✓ Cement

Cement required 3998 bags × 300 RS = 11,99,400 rupees.

✓ Sand

Snad required 10766 cubic feet or 107.66 brass × 4800 RS = 5,16,768 rupees.

✓ Aggregate

Aggregate required 7997 cubic feet or 79.97 brass × 5100 RS = 4,07,877 rupees.

✓ Steel

Total steel required 16610 kgs × 47 RS = 7,80,688 rupees.

Here others materials are plumbing, sanitary,  electrical, painting etc. Total cost for others materials is 9,77,836 rupees. And total labor cost is 15,77,761 rupees.
